  • 2. If I Rent For A Long Period, Do I Get A Discount?
    Yes. Most rental vendors provide very special rates on longterm rentals. Feel free to contact the rental vendor via WhatsApp or Phone, to receive a quote for a long-term rental.
  • 3. What Is The Per Day Allowed Mileage?
    The usual maximum daily mileage is 250km.
    Any further kilometers will be paid separately. While finalizing the booking, you can add more mileage at the time of booking.

  • 4. Is Advanced Deposit required? What Makes A Deposit Necessary?
    A deposit is a lump sum amount that will be put on hold on the client’s credit card or charged in cash at the time of booking.
    The usual practices where the deposit remains on hold with the provider, is 30 days. The Hold/block will then be automatically removed after that or the cash will be returned, after deducting any penalties, fines, or repair costs. Any penalties, dings, or damage to the automobile that wasn’t fixed immediately or after the vehicle was returned is charged to the customer. Rental Providers, usually provide clients with documentation of the fines and car damage.

    Yes. Comprehensive Insurance is usually included with rented cars, however, if not mentioned explicitly by the rental provider, then it will be the responsibility of the customer to acquire the necessary insurance level from the rental provider, for the whole rental period.

    When you carry comprehensive insurance, which is also known as third-party insurance, you are covered only for any damages you cause to the other party’s vehicles.

    Other higher Level of Insurance can be added to the rented car for additional separate fee, which is "Complete Insurance", it will cover everything, you will receive police insurance and not to be responsible for any damages of the rented car as well.

  • 6. Are You Able To Deliver Rented Cars To Abu Dhabi?
    Most or rental providers deliver rented cars within the Emirate of Dubai, for free.
