  • 1. How Do I Reserve Or Book A Car?
    On our website, you can directly make a reservation through 2 methods (Compete Reservation Form, or send WhatsApp request):

    - Decide which car you want to rent.
    - Click “Rent Now.”
    - Decide on the dates you’ll need it, the place to deliver it, and the time to pick it up.
    - At the bottom of the booking window, click “Rent Now” to confirm the request for your reservation.

    From the selected Car page, you can Click “WhatsApp” to speak with a member of our sales staff directly through WhatsApp messaging. They will provide all the information and guide you through the process.
  • 2. If I Rent For A Long Period, Do I Get A Discount?
    Yes, you get very special rates. Feel free to contact us via WhatsApp to receive a quote for a long-term rental.
  • 3. What Is The Per Day Allowed Mileage?
    The maximum daily mileage is 250km.
    Any further kilometers will be paid separately. While finalizing the booking, you can add more mileage.
  • 4. Is Advanced Deposit required? What Makes A Deposit Necessary?
    A deposit is a lump sum amount that will be put on hold on the client’s credit card. (Not billed).
    For 30 days, the deposit is on hold. The block will then be automatically removed after that. Any penalties, dings, or damage to the automobile that wasn’t fixed immediately or after the vehicle was returned is charged to the customer.   • 5. Do I need Insurance? What Differs Comprehensive Insurance From Full Insurance?
    Yes, comprehensive Insurance is included Free of Charge, with any of our rented cars, for the whole rental period.

    When you carry comprehensive insurance, which is also known as third-party insurance, you are covered only for any damages you cause to the other party’s vehicles. (freely provided in all autos).

    Another higher Level of Insurance can be added to the rented car for additional separate fee, which is "Complete Insurance", it will cover everything, you will receive police insurance and not to be responsible for any damages of the rented car as well.
  • 6. Are You Able To Deliver Rented Cars To Abu Dhabi?
    Within the Emirate of Dubai, delivery is free.

    Nevertheless, we ship to other Emirates for additional delivery cost of AED500.
